Description
This design is for those that would love to have a go at traditional Indian style Beetle Wing Goldwork embroidery – but don’t want to tackle the Shawl just yet! I have put this design on the lid of a box – but it would be just as happy in a frame if desired. The flowers are worked in beetle wings and garnets alongside English passing thread and various purls on a base of black delustered satin. Design size: 17cm x 17cm approximately.
