Description
A fabulous use for these nasty little critters that were introduced into Australia to eat cane beetles and have over run the top half of Australia. I have a large range of glazed skins in stock – the supplier has discontinued the matte skins. Half and full skins available.
Top Row: Apricot, Mustard, Ivory, Orange, Red, Fuchsia, Oxblood, Magenta, Purple
Bottom Row: Red Brown, Brown, Khaki, Black, Grey, Green, Aqua (out of stock), Turquoise, Cobalt, Denim
Second photo shows: Top Row (L to R): Moss Green, Emerald Green, Lime Green, Dark Bone, Bottom Row (L to R): Light Denim, Lilac and Salmon
Note: the supplier is reducing the colour range, so as we run out of each colour, it may not be able to get it back into stock again.
These are Australian produced leathers from non-native (and non-endangered) species. Cane toads are an introduced pest in Northern Australia.
They are all different sizings – smallest half skin is approximately 7cm x 7cm (not including leggy bits) – largest half skin is around 8cm x 9cm.
