Diamond Tile Cyber Class – bookings closed!
The Diamond Tile cyber class is great for beginners to Goldwork embroidery – covering traditional Goldwork techniques such as padding with felt, applying pearl purl, laying purl, hooping with purl, chipping, applying Grecian and twist, spangles and rococo. The piece is highlighted with Swarovski crystals.
The class is taught in three lessons and includes preparation and transferring the design. This design is suitable for embroiderers of all skill levels.
The kit contains all fabrics, English gilt metal threads, Gutermann thread, Swarovski crystals, needles and pattern required to work the design. Once you have registered for the class, your kit and requirements list will be mailed to you along with your password to the class and forum.
The Cyber Class notes will be posted online at two week intervals and contain step by step instructions and colour photographs as if you were watching over my shoulder as I stitch. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the PDF file. This is free to download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
As mentioned, an online Forum has been created for Cyber Class participants to talk to each other about their progress, ask me questions and post photos. This is a closed forum that only Diamond Tile Cyber Class participants can enter. If you wish to ask me any questions about this, please feel free to email me.
Your registering for the Cyber Class indicates your agreement to Copyright terms and conditions – that the instructions, photos and design are the intellectual property of Alison Cole Embroidery and may not be copied, sold or taught – in part or in full – without the written permission from the author
