Description
Flight From Tuscany is inspired by the illuminated antiphonariums that I saw in Sienna on my trip to Italy in 2010. This mythical bird is flying through a field of flowers and is worked in three wiring and two padding techniques. She is worked in Colourstreams silks, English metal threads and uses Mill Hill beads, vintage French metal sequins and paillettes. Design Size: 8cm x 12cm
