Description
This design is based on an illuminated Book of Hours in the collection of the National Gallery of Victoria and is worked on black satin using Cascade House silk threads. The design is highlighted with English gilt metal threads, spangles and beads. The Stumpwork techniques include two padding techniques and creating detached elements using range of techniques. The kit includes all fabrics, threads and beads, wires, needles and instructions. Design size: 12cm x 12cm approximately
