Roses and Old Lace features wild roses worked in Stumpwork and Goldwork techniques on a background of black delustered satin. A piece of Antique metal lace that I purchased in Paris runs through the background of the design which is worked in Au Ver a Soie silks and English Gilt Metal threads. Design size: 15cm x 15cm.
