Stitchbird is the common name of the New Zealand Hi Hi – a gorgeous nectar feeding bird. This design is worked on a hand dyed background using Au Ver a Soie silk threads. The Stumpwork techniques include three padding techniques and creating detached elements using range of techniques. The kit includes all fabrics, threads and beads, wires, needles and instructions.
