This book has been on my bookshelf for a long time and when one of my wholesalers recently added it to their list, I just had to get some for the shop/website.
The first section of the book is photos of portraits, existing museum examples, etchings and carvings showing Tudor clothing – the following section is all about the patterns and how to draft them up and recreate the clothing. There are 36 patterns in the book for a wide range of garments.
