White Wisteria is finally on the website! A graceful white wisteria arches around with three flower bracts dripping from its branches. The design is embroidered using Stumpwork and Goldwork techniques – padding with felt and soft cotton, detached petals worked in Cascade House stranded silks and Madeira metallic, a twisted vine trunk and stems worked in a range of English Goldwork threads and a butterfly worked in mesh, gilt metal threads and tiny beads – all on a background of delustered satin.
