A design that compliments Window of the Blue Dragonflies. Window of the Red Poppies features Art Nouveau inspired Stumpwork Poppies in an arched window frame of gold. The piece is highlighted with smooth passing thread, rough purl, black purl, pearl purl and spangles. Worked on black delustered satin with lustrous Au Ver a Soie silks, the piece is vibrant and alive. The project is approximately 12cm x 17cm and the kit contains all fabrics, threads (both silk, specialty and metal), wires, needles and instructions required to work the design.
Mount sets are also available for your framer to use when framing your completed embroidery – these have a red suede top mount with a gold under mount
